SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
All orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday – Friday.
Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they were received, regardless of the selected shipping method. Selecting expedited shipping will not shorten order fulfillment times.

ContourMD Marketing Group, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays due to freight carriers.
PLEASE NOTE: ContourMD fulfillment/shipping department is closed on the following 2022 U.S. holidays:

Orders placed on our website are accepted in most major countries and markets, additional fees and terms can apply. We accept reputable third-party shipping services for our clients.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
- Merchandise ordered in error may be returned in original unopened packaging. No credit will be given for merchandise after 30 days of receipt.
- We guarantee all garments to be free from manufacturing flaw or defect prior to use. Per our ISO 13485 standard for medical-grade compression and abdominal garments, any ContourMD garment that has been opened or worn for any length of time cannot be returned unless defective. Please call Customer Care at 1-800-331-6990 immediately to report any defects.
- A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained before goods may be returned. To obtain one, contact Customer Care at 1-888-462-7362. Please have your order number available.
- Customers are responsible for costs associated with shipping products back to the ContourMD warehouse.
- Items must be returned within 5 working days from date of RA issuance.
- Credit will be issued based on the invoice amount for the value of the merchandise only.
- Quality Inspections are performed within 3 business days of receiving a returned garment.
